As restrictions start to lift and life returns to a ‘new normal’ for many of us, we look at how your community can take steps to start, or continue, with a Neighbourhood Plan.

Good Neighbour Schemes (GNS) are going from strength to strength. Covid-19 has seen many new groups spring up around the county and these groups are keen to continue the work they are doing and become a Good Neighbour Scheme.

Join other village and community hall committee members for a Virtual Cuppa & Chat at 2pm on 23rd July and following the Community Facilities Blog to get news and information that may be of interest to your community building committee.

TED in East Lindsey are continuing to deliver their ConnecTED Together offer around the county, including making friendship calls and sending activity packs. Operation Pen Pal has been a huge success; connecting the young and old via drawings, stories and letters.

Other News includes information on grants that are available for equipment for youth clubs and tree planting, along with information about the launch of a £10 million package to Kick Start tourism.
