The PA to the CEO is responsible for providing an efficient and effective business support service to the Chief Executive and Head of Operations. The role also provides co-ordination of all governance processes and is the first point of contact to the Board of Trustees; ensuring the charity adheres to good governance and meets all regulatory requirements.

Salary:  £19,500 per annum (pro rata)

Hours:  Part Time – 18.5 hours per week. Some evening work may be required

Location:  Community Lincs, Sleaford.

Closing Date:  Wednesday 30th May 2018

Holidays:  25 days per year + public holidays (pro rata)

Responsible to:  CEO

The role requires excellent organisational skills, a working knowledge of relevant legislation and two years previous experience in a business support setting; providing diary management and co-ordination, accurate and timely recording of meetings and management of governance arrangements in a charitable setting. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work flexibly, both as part of a team and under own initiative is also essential.
